PTFE products

The wide selection of F-4 blanks:

All above polymer products can be customized to desired dimensions.

A variety of films with thickness of 0.005-0.2 mm and tapes with thickness of 0.2-3.0 mm made with  PTFE-4 (polytrifluorochloroethylene). Films are peeled from sintered extruded PTFE blocks. Depending on the purpose, films can be additionally oriented (by rolling and stretching). Film width can be 10-120 mm as required by the customer. Physico-mechanical and dielectric properties of films are controlled.

The extensive range of standard and special configurations: plates, rings, bushes, vertical and horizontal extrusion rods  made with PTFE-4 (polytrifluorochloroethylene). Machining processes like cutting, peeling, punching, extrusion, shaping are used  to make complex shapes. Blanks are cold pressed followed by heat treatment. Blanks are available in standard sizes. The weight range is from 8 gr to 34 kg. Nonconventional shapes may be produced if the customer submits the mould. Examination of physical and mechanical properties and X-ray radiographic inspection of materials are carried out.

The extensive range of porous products: films, cylindrical filter elements, plates, double-layered plates made with PTFE-4. There is the wide range of standard size products. Filter capacity and fineness are agreed with the customer. In addition to geometries, the products differ in pore diameter and capacity. Products are used to make filter units, medical, industrial and household devices. Filters are resistant to aggressive media and elevated temperatures. Examination of physical and mechanical properties and the porous structure analysis are carried out.
